WOD:  April Baseline:

30 Deadlifts (95/65)
30 Hang Power Clean (95/65)
30 Push Press (95/65)
30 Thrusters (95/65)
30 Burpees (95/65)

1 min rest between each set


I cannot remember the last time we did this workout…

If you were not aware, this was probably the most beloved workout of the year.  Despite of it not being a picnic in any way, it is completely lovable.  30 reps on each of the five exercises are just enough to make you work really hard, but not nearly enough to crawl through the finish line.  The workout also gets progressively difficult all the way through instead of going from very easy to impossible in the same minute.  In addition to having a great balance, there is also rest built right into the workout.  You should be smiling right now and totally not weary at all.  If a lovable workout was programmed at the beginning of the month, guess what will be coming at the end.
